Planning & Grant-Writing Services

CBP&C, LLC strives to help its clients save time and money!  Most contractual agreements are 90-day agreements and include:

· Initial consultation (1-2 fact-finding meetings).

· A questionnaire is provided.  A great tool!

· Analysis of the questionnaire will guide the development of the service plan.

· Written weekly reports & time provided.

· Negotiated hourly rate; typically 20 hrs./week

· One or two consultations to direct efforts may be negotiated. 1 or 2-8hr sessions may be all that is needed to set your organization on a path to success!  Most non-profits do not hire consultants because of the expense!  Let CBP&C, LLC help you succeed in the course of 1-2 consulting sessions or a 90-day process!

· Provide guidance to establish, track, and measure performance and impact

· Provide guidance to collect, track, and report demographic profiles

· Financial policy and procedures management guidance for non-profits

· Review organizational structure and provide feedback, as needed (board and legal counsel guidance required)
